JKBOPEE NEET UG VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION 👇
Consequent upon the addition of new MBBS seats in various government and private
colleges/institutions of the UT of J&K, the Board invited fresh applications from eligible candidates from 08-09-2025 to 10-09-2025, as per the above-referred notification. To participate for admission process for NEET UG 2025, it is hereby notified for the information of all the candidates belonging to the UT of J&K / Ladakh who have qualified the NEET-UG 2025 having scored the cut-off marks prescribed by the NTA and whose names figure in Annexure-A to this notification and also the eligible candidates whose names are not available in the said annexure but are willing to participate for admission process for NEET UG 2025 shall have to register themselves and upload the following documents online w.e.f. 17-09-2025 (11:30 A.M) to 19-09-2025 (Midnight) so that the revised Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML) of such eligible candidates belonging to the UT of J&K/ Ladakh is prepared.
IMPORTANT POINTS 👇
1. The candidates, in their own interest, are advised not to use Mobile Phones for Registration purposes / uploading of documents.
2. No under-process certificates shall be entertained.
3. The cut-off date for validity of the category certificates shall be the last date for Registration fixed by the BOPEE, viz, 19-09-2025. Any candidate who has registered online and wishes to change his/her category from OM to the reserved category, having validity up to 19-09-2025,
may submit his/her category certificate physically at the J&K BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar, up
to 19-09-2025 (3:00 P.M.)
4. The candidate must fulfill all other criteria as laid down in the NEET-UG 2025 Information Brochure of NTA and Information Brochure of J&K BOPEE in respect of NEET UG- 2025 courses.
5. The candidates who have registered offline vide above-referred Notification shall also have to register online, otherwise he/she shall not be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
6. The candidates who had already registered earlier online need not register afresh.
7. Any candidate found ineligible at any point in time shall not be allowed to participate in the
counseling process, notwithstanding the registration/NEET qualifying score.
8. The candidates should enter their valid e-mail address/mobile numbers as all important
communications should be made with them on such e-mails/mobile numbers provided by them, whenever required by the Board.
9. Candidates, in their own interests, are advised not to share their e-mail password with other candidates/persons.
10. The Board shall not be responsible for any mistake made by the candidates while making the registration.
11. After completion of the registration process, the Board shall notify the Revised Provisional UT Merit List (PUTML) of all the candidates, which shall be used for online counseling by the candidates (filling up of the preferences), based on which allotment of seats shall be made.
12. Any candidate who falls within the qualifying merit but does not register himself/herself or does
not upload the documents or the documents uploaded are deficient, shall not be considered for allotment of any seat.
13. The candidates, in their own interests, are advised to go through the e-Information Brochure available on the website, viz. www.jkbopee.gov.in and review the technical and other instructions before registering.
14. Since the admission in the Professional Colleges is time-bound, the candidates should not wait for the last date of registration, as it may be detrimental to the interest of the candidates. Page 2 of 4
15. The candidates who intend to participate against NRI/HM Quota seats in ASCOMS, Jammu, and have not registered earlier online, shall also have to register online in pursuance of this notification; otherwise, they are not eligible for counselling under NRI/HM quota.
16. Candidates are advised to remain in touch with the BOPEE website www.jkbopee.gov.in and not wait for publication of Notices/Notifications in the newspapers, which may get delayed for reasons
beyond the control of the J&K BOPEE.
17. The detailed seat matrix shall be made available on the official website of the Board one day before counselling.
18. Mere submission of Application Form(s) and Registration of candidates shall not confer any right on all such candidates for admission, but shall be subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and the qualification prescribed for the said course(s) after verification of their documents at the
time of admission in the College/ Institution of provisionally selected candidates.
