JKBOPEE NEET UG IMPORTANT POINTS FOR NEW REGISTRATION
Pursuant to the addition of additional MBBS seats to five (05) Government Medical Colleges of
the UT of J&K for the Academic Session 2025-26, it is hereby notified for the information of all concerned
candidates that the Board has decided to open the offline registration process for a period of three (03)
days only w.e.f. 08-09-2025 to 10-09-2025 (4:00 p.m.) for those candidates belonging to the UT of J&K /
Ladakh who have qualified the NEET-UG 2025, have scored the cut-off marks prescribed by the NTA, and
whose names do not figure in the Provisional Merit List issued earlier vide above-referred notifications.
The eligible candidates shall be required to register offline on a simple application and submit the
following documents physically at the J&K BOPEE office, Jammu/Srinagar:
1. NEET-UG score Card-2025.
2. 10+2 Marks Card.
3. Domicile Certificate of UT of J&K / UT of Ladakh (ST Category certificate in respect of
candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh).
4. *Category Certificate, wherever required.
5. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
6. The candidates belonging to the UT of Ladakh are required to upload the Compulsory Service
Bond (which shall be available in the Information Brochure to be uploaded by the Board on the
official website (www.jkbopee.gov.in).
* OBC & EWS category certificates shall be as per the Performa prescribed for the UT of J&K.
The cut-off score for different categories is as under:
a. Open Merit (including JKPM/CDP/Sports/EWS): 144
b. Open Merit/EWS & PWD: 127
c. SC/ST1/STII/OBC/ALC/IB/RBA: 113
d. SC/ST1/STII/OBC/RBA/ALC/IB & PWD/JKPM/Sports/CDP: 113
1. The Candidates need not register again if already registered.
2. No under-process certificates shall be entertained.
3. The cut-off date for validity of the category certificates of such registered candidates shall be the last date for Registration fixed by the BOPEE, viz., 10-09-2025.
4. The candidate must fulfill all other criteria as laid down in the NEET UG-2025 Information
Brochure of NTA and Information Brochure of J&K BOPEE in respect of NEET UG-2025 courses.
5. Those candidates who have made their registration earlier in reference to the above-referred notifications but could not clear their deficiencies of category certificates within the prescribed time and are considered in the Open merit category, can be considered in their respective
categories provided these candidates submit valid category certificate (s) up to the last date of registration, viz. 10-09-2025, physically at JK BOPEE Office, Jammu/Srinagar.
6. Candidates are allowed to participate in the counselling process based on qualifying the NEET cut-off score for different categories as mentioned above and presuming that candidates fulfill all
eligibility conditions as mentioned by the candidates at various stages of examination, registration, and counselling.
7. The candidates should provide their valid email address and mobile numbers as all important
communications should be made with them on such emails and mobile numbers provided by
them, whenever required by the Board.
8. No application shall be accepted after the last date under any circumstances.
9. This opening of registration is a one-time opportunity provided due to the additional MBBS Seats
allotted to the UT of J&K.
10. Any candidate who falls within the qualifying merit but does not register himself/herself shall not
be considered for allotment of any seat.
11. Mere submission of Application and Registration of candidates shall not confer any right on all
such candidates for admission, but shall be subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and
the qualification prescribed for the said course(s) after verification of their documents at the time
of admission in the College/ Institution of provisionally selected candidates.
