JKBOPEE ONLINE COUNSELLING SCHEDULE FOR BE BTECH ASPIRANTS
Counselling Schedule for submission of Online Preferencesl by the eligible candidates for admission to B.E/B.Tech. Courses-2025.
Consequent upon the declaration of the Result/Provisional Merit List of the Common Entrance Test
for admission to B.E./B.Tech. Courses-2025 vide Notification No. 040-BOPEE of 2025 dated 24-04-2025, it is
hereby notified for information of all the concerned candidates that the Board shall conduct the First
Round of Online Counselling of all the candidates who have appeared in the Common Entrance Test and
whose names are figured in the Provisional Merit List issued vide Notification No. 040-BOPEE of 2025
Dated 24.04.2025.
It is for the information of all the candidates that seats shall be allotted based on the credentials of
the candidates mentioned in Annexure-A to the Notification No. 040-BOPEE of 2025, dated 24.04.2025.
The Board shall in no case be held responsible if a seat is allotted to any such candidate based on the
wrong category mentioned in the online application form.
Note:
1. No representation shall be accepted /entertained by the Board through any email or WhatsApp mode.
2. The online filling up of choices/preferences shall be available w.e.f. 30.05.2025 to 02.06.2025
(Midnight) and the instructions related to the filling up of online Choices/Preferences have already been
mentioned in the Counselling Procedure, which is available on the official website of the Board
(www.jkbopee.gov.in) only.
3. Further the candidates shall have to pay online counseling fee of Rs. 1000/- as mentioned in e-
Information Brochure/counselling procedure and after submitting the online Preferences, the
candidates must take out the print of it and ensure that the payment of Rs. 1000/- must be reflected in
the payment column.
4. The Board shall provisionally allow all such candidates to participate in the online counseling process
who have failed to upload any of the documents, viz. Domicile Certificate, 12th Class Marks Cards/10th
Class Marks Card/Diploma to ascertain the D.O.B etc. with the condition that they must fulfill all theeligibility conditions as mentioned in the Notification No. 018-BOPEE of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 and have to submit all such documents at the time of their admission in the respective college, if selecteIt is further enjoined upon all the candidates concerned to ensure the validity of the Category Certificate, which in any case should not have been issued after 02.06.2025, i.e., the last date fixed by the Board for the filling up of online preferences for the B.E./B.Tech. Courses, 2025.
