Notification for obtaining Photostat Copies and Re-evaluation of Answer Script/s for HSP-I (Class 11th) Session Annual (Private)/ Bi-Annual 2024
All the -eligible candidates of Higher Secondary Part-Ist. (Class 11th)
Examination. Session Annual (Pvt)/Bi-Annual 2024 desirous of obtaining the
Photostat/ Copy/ies of their Answer Scripts and or Re-evaluating their Answer
Scripts are hereby informed that they shall APPLY ONLINE for the same on
the JKBOSE official website l.e. www.|kbose.nic.in as per below mentioned
schedule:

/Photostat copy of Answer seript/s
Last date for filling forms for obtaining photo copy of Answer Script/s. Last date for filling Re-evaluation Forms

Instructiona för filling of Forms for Re-evaluation /Photostat copy/ies
> The bréstribed fee for Re-evaluation is Rs.520/- per Answer Script and that for Photó
copy is Rs.270/- per Answer script. It shall be deposited through online mode i.e.
Credit/Debit Cards, UP, Net Banking etc.
Notice for collectlon of Photostat coples of Answer Script/s shall be uploaded on the
JKBOSE website in phased manner and the students will collect thelr Photo Copy/ies
strictly as per the uploaded schedule from the concerned Secrecy sections of JKBOSE
Head Office at JKBOSE New Campus, Bemina, Srinagar and Rehari Colony, Jammu-Tawi
only after producing proof of the Fee deposited.
> In case, any candidate falls to collect hls/her requested photocopy on the scheduled
day, the JKBOSE shall not be responsible for any delay/missing of
rechecking/reevaluatlon of his/her Answer Seript.
If the candidate is unable to collect Hard 1Copy of the requested Answer Script due to
long distance, he/she may request for its soft copy through emall immediately after
applying for the same In online mode via Jssecrecy Jdjkbose.co.in for Jammu
division and Leh district of UT of Ladakh and Jssecrecy_kdejkbose.co.in for Kashmir
division and Kargil district of UT of Ladakh.
No student will visit the JKBOSE office wthout following the schedule for collection of
Answer Scripts.
> The applicants are advised to keep visiting JKBOSE website regularty for updates
rgarding schedule for obtalning of Photostat copy/ies after they apply for same.
The candidates having disqualiflcatlon and Exam/paper cancelled are not eligible to
fill the Photostat copy/re-evaluation forms In the respectlve subjects
